Training

We deliver a range of training and education programs to empower eB users within their organizations to achieve success. Training modules are designed to support our customers' business solutions and enable them to leverage the knowledge of their staff in their work environment. Training is typically delivered on-site in the customer's own environment or can be scheduled at our training facilities. As part of the initial planning, a roadmap will be defined which identifies all the training that needs to be accomplished and when it should take place. The following is an overview of the educational programs available for eB products.

Enterprise Informatics eB Training Programs

eB Product Knowledge Training

This program provides an overview of the concepts and functionality of eB essential to the planning process. This course is designed for product team members and key end-user experts before the team begins their design phase with Enterprise Informatics, and is required as a prerequisite for planning the implementation. The class provides overall knowledge of the concepts and functionality of eB which is essential to the planning and design process.

Modules included:

  • Introduction to Enterprise Bridge software
  • Document Management
  • Document Lifecycle and Change Control
  • Data Administration and Configuration
  • Physical Item Management

Duration: 3 days

eB System Administrator Training

This program covers all aspects of system administration for eB, including eB architecture, server configuration, troubleshooting, backup procedures, and functions of the System Management Console. It is designed for IT personnel who will be maintaining eB servers and the eB environment.

Duration: 1 day

eB Developer Training

This program covers the use of the eB Software Development Kit for building custom applications, system integrations, web pages integrated with eB, and custom plug-ins to the eB web environment. It is designed for customers that have in-house capabilities to develop applications and to customize and integrate existing applications. Participants should have programming experience and knowledge of C# and the .NET environment.

Duration: 3 days

eB User Training

This program consists of modules specified by the customer in consultation with Enterprise Informatics. The goal of this training is to efficiently deliver the foundation necessary for staff to use eB productively in their day-to-day work environment.

Duration: Varies based on topics covered.
