About the Speakers

George Castle
George leads the Enterprise Informatics alliance team that is working with Microsoft certified services providers and is the executive sponsor for the company’s Microsoft relationship. Prior to Enterprise Informatics, George served as Global Alliance Manager at EMC, an information infrastructure technology and solutions provider. In this role he managed the global business relationship and go to market strategy between EDS and EMC/Documentum. Prior to joining EMC, George held management position in variety companies including Epicentric, SDRC, and Schlumberger.

Dana Berg
Dana leads a highly skilled team of engagement leads that focus exclusively on the delivery and oversight of high quality SharePoint strategy and implementation projects within speakTECH. Before joining speakTECH, Dana spent over four years leading Amgen’s Enterprise Collaboration Program (Amgen is one of the world’s largest biotechnology company). He was responsible for the strategy, implementation and steady state support of several global solutions designed to improve knowledge worker productivity across the organization. He specifically managed the rollout of applications built on Documentum, eRoom and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) to over 20,000 users.

Jon Arnold is the managing director, worldwide power and utilities for Microsoft. As Microsoft’s senior executive for Power and Utilities his primary responsibility is to establish and drive Microsoft’s industry strategy, which extends his leadership over sales, solutions development, partner activities, marketing, industry standards development, evangelism, industry, government and executive relations, as well as continuing the advancement of Microsoft’s worldwide power and utilities team. Most recently, Mr. Arnold was one of the principle founders of Microsoft Hohm, a new online application that brings people together to save money, energy, and preserve the environment.

Glenn Cox has been a vice president Enterprise Informatics for more than 10 years. Prior with joining the company, Mr. Cox held management to positions at Northeast Utilities (NU), where he participated in the startup of the Millstone Nuclear Power Plant that included the design and development of a nuclear document control system and had responsibilities for Data Warehousing, Reporting Architecture, email migration to Lotus Notes, corporate document management, corporate web architecture and corporate strategies for knowledge management. His diverse business experience has been instrumental for Enterprise Informatics customers in identifying and delivering strategic, visionary and high impact solutions.
